Cancellations - A minimum notice of one working day is required. Please note - late cancellations and missed appointments — these deny others care and increase our overheads unnecessarily. A minimum £5.00 will apply.

As part of the patient record, we are required to retain information for the purpose of consultation, treatment and recording subsequent treatments. All information provided will be treated as confidential, and will not be given to any other person(s)/organisation(s) without the consent of the patient concerned. Information will be held manually and electronically in files accessible only by staff of the clinic who are directly involved in data entry and processing of the patient records.
